Schedule
Each day of our 5-day Jiu Jitsu Summer Camp is built around a specific positional focus and a “Word of the Day” designed to reinforce important life skills such as respect, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. This structure helps campers grow both on and off the mats while creating a fun and engaging learning environment.
Daily activities include Jiu Jitsu instruction, technique breakdowns, positional drills, movement games, and supervised training exercises tailored for all experience levels. Campers will spend the week developing their understanding of core positions and techniques through hands-on learning and team-based activities.
The week concludes with an exciting in-house tournament where students can showcase what they’ve learned in a supportive and encouraging setting. After the tournament, campers will celebrate a great week of training with a movie and pizza party alongside their teammates and coaches.
What to expect
During our 5-day Jiu Jitsu Summer Camp, kids can expect an active, fun, and structured environment where they will build confidence, discipline, and teamwork while learning the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Each day includes age-appropriate instruction, games, drills, and supervised activities designed to keep children engaged and moving.
Campers will learn basic self-defense techniques, improve coordination and fitness, and practice important life skills such as respect, focus, and perseverance. No prior experience is required, and all activities are tailored to create a safe and positive experience for beginners and experienced students alike.
Throughout the week, children will make new friends, gain confidence on and off the mats, and enjoy a supportive atmosphere led by experienced instructors. Parents can expect a balance of learning, physical activity, and fun, with an emphasis on safety, encouragement, and personal growth.
